Colin McDonough

Director of Business Development
and Technology Partnerships

As Director of Business Development and Technology Partnerships at 50 Words, Colin leads the firm's growth and technology initiatives, helping clients leverage technology and automation to drive acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. He researches, designs, and builds AI solutions and applications for clients across government, healthcare, financial services, and aviation. He also oversees the firm's hardware procurement.

Colin combines nearly a decade of marketing, public relations, and crisis communications expertise with deep technical knowledge spanning artificial intelligence, edge and embedded systems, RF and wireless, and cybersecurity. He is an open source contributor to NVIDIA's NeMo Agent Toolkit and NemoClaw and winner of the Hack to Create hackathon at NVIDIA GTC 2026 for DashUnbored, an AI creative operating system. His security research has produced 30+ confirmed vulnerability findings across two NVIDIA products, including CVE-2026-24222 (CVSS 8.6 High), credited in NVIDIA's April 2026 security bulletin.

Beyond marketing, Colin leads applied AI projects spanning autonomous multi-agent systems, AI and LLM deployment, federal contract work, and intelligence tooling. He brings a rare combination of business strategy and hands-on engineering to every engagement.

Professional Affiliations

He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Project Magis Committee, which benefits individuals in need in the Philadelphia region.

Education

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University's Fox School of Business.
